Polish Duon has become part of UCED’s energy division

UCED, which also includes the GGE group, has acquired a 100% stake in the DUON group. DUON is a significant player in the Polish market in the distribution and sale of natural gas. UCED acquired DUON from its previous owner, Infracapital, a part of the British company M&G Plc.

UCED is part of the Czech investment group CREDITAS. On the Czech market, UCED owns several gas-fired power plants and local distribution networks, aiming to become a leader in decentralized energy in the Czech Republic.
